Communication & Refund Updates

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if:

    • Any part of your order is canceled, or

    • Additional information is required to process your order.

  • If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank’s resolution period.


Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically reflected within 5–7 working days.

  • If the refund is not credited after 7 working days, customers are requested to contact their respective bank.


Returns (Damaged in Transit Only)

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.

  • Customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A return must be initiated only after confirmation from our customer support team.

  • The product must be shipped back within 3 days of confirmation.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process damage-related claims.

  • Used or opened products

  • Skin reactions, allergies, or personal preferences

  • Fragrance, texture, or color variations


Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders

  • If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours of placing the order, and

  • The order has not yet been processed,

Cancellation of Processed Orders

  • Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not permitted.

  • In rare cases where post-processing cancellation is approved:

    • A credit note equivalent to the order value will be issued

    • Credit notes can be used for future purchases only

    • Cash refunds will not be provided in such cases


Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations

We prioritize quick and efficient order processing.
Cancellations after processing are strongly discouraged, as products are handmade and prepared specifically for each order.


Charges for Cancellation & Returns

  • β‚Ή50 deduction for cancellations after order processing

  • β‚Ή100 deduction for Return-To-Origin (RTO) orders that have left the warehouse

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may include a shipping charge, clearly mentioned during checkout.

  • For partially paid COD orders:

    • A β‚Ή120 upfront shipping fee is collected

    • This fee is non-refundable

    • A refund of β‚Ή120 is applicable only if non-delivery occurs due to courier partner error


Reward Points & Coupons

  • If reward points are used for an order that is later canceled:

    • Reward points will not be reissued

  • Reward points cannot be combined with all coupon codes.

  • Minimum order value to redeem points: β‚Ή499

  • Maximum redemption: 10% of order value

  • Reward points are not applicable for COD orders

  • Validity of reward points: 1 year from the date of earning

Sidra Naturals does not conduct contests offering free products, cash, or prizes.
We will never ask for sensitive information such as:

  • CVV

  • PIN

  • OTP

  • Passwords

Please do not respond to or engage with fraudulent messages claiming to represent Sidra Naturals.
