Order Tracking

Customers are requested to track their parcel using the shared tracking link and stay available at the delivery address.
Order Modifications

Address or contact detail changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, no changes to address, phone number, or items are possible.

We are unable to modify products or quantities once an order is confirmed.
Refusal of Delivery / Non-Acceptance

Unboxing Video Requirement

Full unboxing without cuts

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items may not be accepted without an unboxing video.
Special Requests

However, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of such requests as delivery is handled by third-party courier services.
