Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Average processing time: 2–5 business working days.

  • Processing time may extend during:

    • High order volume

    • Festive seasons

    • Sales or promotions

  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

  • Day 1 is counted as the next business day after placing the order.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once processed, your order will be handed over to our logistics partner.

  • Courier partner: India Post

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for:

    • Remote or rural pin codes

    • Weather conditions

    • Unforeseen courier delays

Sidra Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

  • Customers are requested to track their parcel using the shared tracking link and stay available at the delivery address.


Order Modifications

  • Address or contact detail changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, no changes to address, phone number, or items are possible.

  • We are unable to modify products or quantities once an order is confirmed.


Refusal of Delivery / Non-Acceptance

  • If a customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery:

    • The order will be treated as refused

    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds or credits (if applicable) will be handled as per our Refund Policy.


Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair resolution of any issues:

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video

  • The video must show:

    • Sealed package

    • Label clearly visible

    • Full unboxing without cuts

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items may not be accepted without an unboxing video.


Special Requests

We try our best to accommodate special delivery requests such as:

  • Urgent dispatch

  • Preferred delivery time

However, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of such requests as delivery is handled by third-party courier services.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us before placing the order.


Bulk Orders

Currently, Sidra Naturals accepts bulk orders on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Issues

We reserve the right to cancel an order in rare cases such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Operational or logistical issues

If an order cannot be processed within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
